An Invitation for These Times...
If you are longing for rest, connection, and care —
If your body is asking for softness and your heart for space —
If you are ready to take a full day to tend to yourself in community —
You are warmly invited to Ground & Gather.
Ground & Gather was created in response to the deep need many of us feel — to pause, to breathe, and to be cared for without having to earn it.
This retreat centers rest as a birthright.
It honors connection as medicine.
It invites you to take your time.
Together, we will create a shared container rooted in tenderness, truth, consent, and presence — allowing space for nervous systems to soften and hearts to open.
You do not need to fix anything or become anything.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
our time together:
Our day together is intentionally spacious and gently guided. While we will move through a shared flow of experiences, there is no pressure to participate in everything. All practices are invitational, and rest is always welcome.
Arrival | 9:45–9:55am
Guests are invited to arrive early to settle in, get comfortable, and land in the space before we begin.
Opening & Grounding | 10:00am
We begin by creating our retreat container together — establishing shared intentions, community agreements, and a sense of safety and care. This time supports connection, presence, and nervous system regulation.
Morning Practice
A trauma-informed yoga practice designed to gently wake the body, support breath, and help us arrive fully in ourselves and in the day.
Nourishment & Reflection
We will share a nourishing vegetarian lunch, with all dietary needs accommodated, followed by intentional time for rest, journaling, reflection, and dreaming.
Restorative Practice & Bodywork
In the afternoon, we will enter a deeply restorative yoga experience supported by massage and reiki, offering space to soften, release, and receive.
Integration, Movement & Closing
The day will include time for integration, gentle movement and dancing, and a closing circle to reflect, connect, and carry what we’ve gathered forward.
Closing | 6:00pm
This day is held with care, flexibility, and respect for each person’s needs. You are always welcome to step back, take breaks, or engage in ways that feel most supportive for you.

Ground & Gather is held by the shared hearts, hands, and intentions of Keri and Christy.
Together, they offer a space rooted in tenderness, trust, and care — where people are invited to gather inward while being held in community. Through their combined practices of movement, touch, and presence, they create a container that supports rest, reflection, and connection.
This collaboration is an offering of time, attention, and care — a place to soften, to breathe, and to remember what it feels like to be supported inward and out.

I feel beyond blessed to have crossed paths and to get to occasionally share space with Keri Kenney. You will never meet anyone as genuinely kind, compassionate, or passionate about her pursuits. She is an amazing example of someone invested in doing her part to heal herself, those she shares space with, and at all levels of the community spaces in which she spends time. She beyond walks the walk of her words, putting into action her beliefs and values…qualities that are often rare. Keri envisions the spaces and changes she wants to make and then takes the steps to make it happen. You will not find someone more prepared or who puts more thought or intention into the work she does. The short version of all of this is that Keri positively impacts all that get the privilege of coming into contact with her! Anything that allows her light to shine more brightly or that brings that light to more people is a solid investment, whether it be an investment of money, time, or other resources. I will forever have gratitude for any time I have or will spend with Keri!”
