Whether you're seeking movement, stillness, healing, or remembrance,
these practices are here to meet you exactly as you are.
I offer sessions locally in the Tri-Cities of Michigan and virtually through Zoom.
I hold space for individuals and groups—both in-person and online—and in collaboration with communities, schools, and institutions. All practices are trauma-informed, rooted in choice, and intentionally welcoming to all bodies, ages, identities, and lived experiences.
My work honors the tender intersections of grief, trauma, and love, recognizing each person’s autonomy and right to access care that feels safe and supportive.
Everything I offer is grounded in care, consent, and accessibility—because healing is not one-size-fits-all, and no one should be left behind.

All offerings follow a tier-based pricing model, designed to support equity, access, and mutual care. You’re invited to choose the rate that best reflects your financial situation, proximity to privilege, and relationship to available resources.
For public classes, workshops, and community practices, a “pay what you can” option is always available—whether that means contributing less or offering more in support of others. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
This work is not transactional—it’s purposeful.
While I’m not here to take, yet I do need to receive.
This system is here to meet us where we are—honoring both your needs and mine.
Tier Breakdown:
Community Rate — a discounted rate for those who could use some help
Sustainer Rate — pays the true cost of the service and supports sustainability
Supporter Rate — pays for your participation and helps subsidize someone else’s
If cost is a barrier, or if you're unsure which tier is right for you, please reach out.
Let’s meet each other with care, support, and honest connection.
Want so Support my Work???
This work is rooted in service—not in taking, but in shared giving.
If you want to uplift me and help resource my work please do consider sharing a donation. Your investment in me allows me to continue to invest in my students and the sustaining of spaces that are aligned to my values of equity and access. Your investment contributes to a multitude of ways including the gas in the tank to the ability to purchase and provide art supplies, journals, yoga props, and the gift of time and care for folks who tend to be forgotten.
Your generosity makes healing more possible.
Thank you for being part of this cause.
Keri’s work is something to experience. Her energy, her soul radiates beauty, light, and compassion. I first met Keri when she envisioned a space for trauma-informed healing and social justice. Not knowing what was ahead, but clear on the call in front of her, she persevered. I am in awe of and privileged to watch her work continue to unfold. She is a shining example of investing without limits to achieve true and divine potential in herself and others with deep understanding that there is no bounds between the two. This is a rare gift and one that should continue to be honored and supported. My gratitude for her presence in my life and her deep understanding of humanity is endless. Her work is simply the community’s work."
