 Hola Dear Ones,


I am Keri Kenney, she / her / hers, and I am beyond humbled, hopeful and so very excited to be returning to the Sacred grounds and pura vida light and land of Costa Rica as your faithful facilitator and gentle guide in the exploration and practice of what it means to be aligned, authentic and free!


This space changed me in more ways than I have yet to find words...  the land, the people, the space - all a Sacred container celebrating and encouraging each of us to feel and find our peace.


And I think that is what I am most excited about with this return - knowing the space offers us the space we need to process through the human experience and release the sludge and grudges that we can, so we can excavate / exfoliate / embody our way back into our truest selves and center:

As your space holder, it is my utmost duty, dharma and Divine discipline to be of support to you as best I can as you create your own way towards liberation. I am not here to fill in any of your blanks - only you can do that - I am here to remind you of your power, intuition and independence.


I am a trauma informed, registered yoga teacher and wellness educator with a degree in dietetics and nutrition. I believe all the parts and all the pieces of us must be cared for - truthfully & tenderly - if we are to heal. I believe in accountability and adaptability. I hold space from the intersections of both science and spirituality and use the 8 limbs of yoga as my inner & outer guide in all I do.


I believe we can heal.

and I believe we each hold our own Sacred Salve.

I feel beyond blessed to have crossed paths and to get to occasionally share space with Keri Kenney. You will never meet anyone as genuinely kind, compassionate, or passionate about her pursuits.  She is an amazing example of someone invested in doing her part to heal herself, those she shares space with, and at all levels of the community spaces in which she spends time.
